Man punched on Broughty Ferry street

A 23-year-old man punched another man in a Dundee street.

Thomas Forester, of Forthill Road, had sentence deferred at the sheriff court.

Forester admitted assaulting Neil Dunbar by punching him on the head, to his injury, at Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, on February 18.

The court heard Mr Dunbar suffered swelling and bruising to his eye socket.

Sentence was deferred to July 20 for reports.
