Jane Ewing, 57, of Barry Downs Holiday Park, Barry, Angus, was fined £225. She was also issued with four driving penalty points after admitting a speeding charge. Ewing admitted driving a car at 62mph in a 40mph zone, at A92 Dundee to Arbroath Road, at Panmurefield, on March 26. In a separate case, Billy Lindsay, 22, of Thurso Crescent, had sentence deferred until July 6. Lindsay admitted driving a car without a valid insurance policy at Clepington Road, Dundee, on March 30. And Ross Jamieson, 39, of Juniper Hill, Glenrothes, Fife, had sentence deferred until June 20. Jamieson admitted driving a car while using a mobile phone at Forfar Road, Dundee, on March 27.
