A schoolgirl has been charged with assaulting another pupil while holding a blade to her face.
The 15-year-old girl allegedly took a multi-tool knife to the school before carrying out the attack.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, allegedly pinned another girl to a wall within the school and held the knife to her face.
The teenager denied two charges at Dundee Sheriff Court and is set to stand trial.
She denies assaulting the girl by striking her on the head with her hand, pulling the youngster by the hair, pinning her against a wall and placing a blade against the girl’s face, at a school in Dundee — which also cannot be named for legal reasons — on March 10.
She also denies having a bladed article, namely a bladed multi-tool, at the same school and on the same date.
Trial takes place on August 3 with an intermediate diet on July 13.
