At Dundee Sheriff Court, Bradley Simpson, 19, of Honeygreen Road, admitted committing the offence. The court heard that Simpson was 16 when he had sex with the child at a property in the city. The offence took place in May 2014. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the community. Simpson was also placed under supervision for 12 months.
