A man acted aggressively towards paramedics who were caring for him.
James Hardy, 52, of Poets Place, Brechin, gave one paramedic the middle finger as she drove him to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
Hardy had been picked up in Seagate, drunk and with a head injury, on January 30.
He was taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment and was aggressive and abusive throughout the journey and made threats of violence towards paramedics.
The city’s sheriff court heard that when he was dropped off at hospital, Hardy began kicking panels of the ambulance.
Hardy admitted a charge of aggressive behaviour, at Glamis Road and during a journey to Ninewells Hospital, on January 30.
Sentence was deferred to January 25.
