A WOMAN has been found guilty of two child assault charges at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Michelle Barker, 38, of Moncur Crescent, was found guilty after trial of assaulting a child.
She allegedly committed the offence by punching the child on the head, at a property in Dundee, between December last year and January this year.
She was also found guilty of a second charge of child assault, in which she repeatedly kicked the child on the body, punched the child on the head and face and pulled the child’s hair.
This second offence took place between dates in June, at a property in Dundee.
Sentence was deferred until September 28 for reports.
