Man facing knife charges after claims he threatened to stab people

A MAN, who allegedly had two knives and threatened to stab people, appeared in private before a sheriff at Dundee.
Joseph Sinclair, 20, of Dunholm Road, made no plea or declaration relation to two charges on petition.
Sinclair is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, threatening people with a rock and threatening to stab them, at Earn Crescent, Dundee, on April 15. He is further charged with having two knives without reasonable excuse or lawful authority, at the same location, on the same date.
The case was continued for further investigation, with Sinclair remanded in custody.
