Two men and a woman allegedly spat at each other and engaged in a fight on a Dundee bus.
David Cahill, 37, of Laing Place, Pamela Dingwall, 34, of Mains Road, and Richard Christie, 39, also of Mains Road, all denied one charge each at Dundee Sheriff Court.
They all deny one charge each of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, at Dens Road at its junction with Dura Street, on Wednesday.
Cahill allegedly committed the offence by repeatedly shouting, swearing, engaging in a fight, and repeatedly spitting.
He also thereafter allegedly seized hold of Christie and attempted to pull him from a bus and struggle with him.
Dingwall allegedly committed the offence by repeatedly shouting, swearing, and engaging in a fight.
She also allegedly repeatedly spat and thereafter attempted to strike her former partner Cahill.
And Christie allegedly committed the offence by repeatedly shouting, swearing, engaging in a fight and repeatedly spitting.
Trial takes place on July 18 with an intermediate diet on July 5.
