A man sent sexual pictures of a woman to someone else after hacking her email accounts.
Dundee Sheriff Court heard that Gordon Sime sent an explicit picture of the woman’s private parts to a man on a website via the victim’s email address.
He then added the woman’s phone number and asked the man to text the number if he “liked” the pictures.
Fiscal depute Eilidh Robertson told the court that the woman first became aware of Sime’s actions in April 2014.
She reported the incident to police. Sime’s home was searched and a laptop and phone seized.
The fiscal continued: “The email sent to the man, containing the photographs, had been sent from this laptop.”
The court heard that Sime was also spotted outside the woman’s home on two occasions.
At court today Sime, of Campbeltown, Argyll, admitted one charge of engaging in a course of conduct which caused the woman fear and alarm on various occasions between September 1 2013 and April 28 2014, at an address in Errol, a property in Dundee and elsewhere.
Sentence was deferred until February 10 for reports.
