Aldis Minakovskis of Thurso Crescent is accused of stabbing Aigars Upenieks and murdering him. The charge alleges that the incident took place in a common close at 92 Thurso Crescent, Dundee on December 23. No plea or declaration was made and Minakovskis was remanded in custody.
