Brian Wright, 44, of Union Street, Aberdeen, was banned from attending any regulated football match for one year. He was given the order at Dundee Sheriff Court after admitting one charge of public disorder. Wright admitted forming part of a disorderly crowd and repeatedly attempting to engage in violence with rival fans on December 13 last year. The incident happened as Wright made his way to Tannadice to watch Dundee United play Aberdeen. He was also ordered to complete 75 hours of unpaid work.
