A 40-year-old man who drove while drunk, made homophobic remarks and smeared blood on walls and furniture had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.

He further admitted, on the same date and at the same location, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner.
The charge stated that he shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner towards two police officers.
McClory, now of Blairbeth Road, Glasgow, also admitted that, on the same date, at the same location, he had cannabis, a Class B drug, in his possession.
He also admitted that, on the same date, at police headquarters, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner.
The court was told that he made homophobic remarks to a police officer.
McClory also admitted that, at Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, on the same date, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by kicking a television and smearing blood on walls and furniture.
Sentencing of McClory was deferred until October 8.
