Two Dundee men will stand trial at the city’s sheriff court.
Cameron Bannerman, 24, of Ancrum Court, and Robert McBain, 46, of Whorterbank, both deny a string of charges against them.
McBain denies that between May 17 2013 and May 18 2013, at Craigmore Street, he stole two bank cards and a piece of paper containing pin numbers, which were the property of Alexander Lauder.
He further denies that between May 18 and May 19 2013 he used the bank card and pin number to withdraw a total of £1,100 from ATM machines at various locations in the city.
McBain is also accused of using the bank card and pin number to attempt to withdraw a total of £1,650 at various locations in Dundee, on the same dates.
Meanwhile, Bannerman denies that between May 18 2013 and May 20 2013, at various locations in the city, he used a debit card in the name of Alexander Lauder to fraudulently obtain goods to the value of £802.42, plus £50 cash.
He further denies that on May 19 2013 at Drinks Express, High Street, Lochee, and Tesco Express, South Road, he reset a bank card in the name of Alexander Lauder which had been appropriated by theft.
It is also alleged that on May 20 2013, at Lochee Post Office, Bannerman used a stolen bank card and pin number to withdraw £400 cash.
The trial is set to take place at Dundee Sheriff Court on August 20.
