Dundee man accused of performing sex act on himself while driving on A90

A 45-YEAR-OLD Dundee man is to stand trial accused of performing a sex act while driving a car on the A90 dual carriageway.

John Kerr, of Westcroft Road, Mid Craigie, also allegedly approached a parked car and fondled his exposed private parts.

Kerr denies that on December 12 2011, at St Madoes, on the westbound A90 Dundee-Perth road, while driving a car he conducted himself in a disorderly manner in a state of undress by holding his private parts and performing a sex act, and committing a breach of the peace.

Kerr further denies that on March 12 this year, at Riverside Drive, he conducted himself in a disorderly manner by approaching a car, dropping his trousers, exposing his private parts and thereafter fondling his private parts, and committed a breach of the peace.

His trial takes place on on September 12.
