A 47-year-old man, who drunkenly walked down a Dundee street whilst exposing his private parts, was fined 250 at the sheriff court.
Scott Forbes, of Hoylake Place, admitted that on December 20 last year he committed an act of public indecency in Castle Street.
The court heard Forbes had been drinking throughout the day and night prior to committing the offence.
Solicitor John Boyle, defending, told the court Forbes was “significantly embarrassed” by his actions.
He added that Forbes had served in the Army around 10 years ago and suffered from post traumatic stress and that he had been experiencing difficulties with that in the days leading up to the offence.
Sheriff Drummond said: “I’m satisfied there was no sexual element to the offence and that it was out of character.”
