Nicola Millers, of Stirling Street, denies two charges relating to an incident said to have happened in a street in Dundee on February 10. Millers denies a charge of assaulting a child by seizing the child by clothing, pushing the child on the body and causing the child to strike a wall. She further denies a second charge of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. It is alleged that she shouted and swore at the child and uttered threats of violence towards the child. Millers’ trial is due to take place on June 26 with an extended intermediate diet on June 22. This article originally appeared on the Evening Telegraph website.
