A Dundee man has been charged with going to a common close with a knife.
Jamie Harding appeared in private before a sheriff at Dundee.
He is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by attending at a common close in Laing Place in possession of a kitchen knife.
The charge further alleges that he struggled with Richard Reilly on the landing of the common close on April 8.
The 24-year-old faces a second charge of having a knife in a public place without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, on the same date and location.
Harding, of Hilltown Court, made no plea or declaration.
The case was continued for further examination.
Harding was bailed meantime.
