Four men have appeared in court accused of football hooliganism after “widespread disorder” at a Scottish Premiership match last year.
Cameron Healy, Lemmy Milne, Alexander Middleton and Grant Fender appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court facing charges of being part of a disorderly crowd on the day of the Dundee United versus Aberdeen match on December 13.
Although there was no disorder within Tannadice Stadium during the match there were widespread reports of fighting and disorder.
All four are accused of being involved in incidents on Main Street and Church Street, while Fender and Milne also face charges of being involved in a further incident on Union Street.
Healy, 18, Milne, 17, Middleton, 41, and Fender, 29, all denied the charges on summary complaint.
Sheriff Tom Hughes set a trial date in July and ordered the four men to appear at a pre-trial hearing in June.
They were all banned from attending matches involving Dundee and Dundee United as a condition of their bail orders.
