Two men have been charged in connection with an alleged daytime assault in Dundee.
Multiple police units attended an incident at Cassidy Walk in Whitfield at around 11.30am on Monday October 4.
A spokeswoman for the force confirmed a 45-year-old man and a 34-year-old man were arrested and are expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.
One local said there was at least five police vehicles situated at the junction with Berwick Drive and Ormiston Crescent during the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers attended at Cassidy Walk in Dundee at 11.30am on Monday, October 4, 2021 following reports of an assault.
“Two men aged 45 and 34 have been arrested and are expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday, October 5, 2021”
