Fiona Tuck was employed at Riverside View Care Home at the time of the incidents and was dismissed shortly after they came to light.
The former carer has now been removed from the social work register after an investigation by Scottish Social Services Council.

Ms Tuck was employed at the care home from March 2012 until her dismissal on August 13, 2014.
The investigation report stated that she “did not express any regret” for her actions.
A Riverside Care Home spokesman said: “The behaviour of this individual was unacceptable and against everything we stand for.
“As soon as concerns were brought to our attention we immediately suspended the individual and, following an internal investigation, they were dismissed.
“We reported the individual to the Scottish Social Services Council for their registration to be reviewed, and have fully supported the subsequent SSSC investigation.
“We commend the SSSC for taking appropriate action against this individual.
“Providing residents with kind and high-quality care is at the heart of everything we do, and we will never tolerate behaviour that does not support their health and wellbeing.”
