Sebastian, 38, was last seen in the Ninewells Hospital area on Tuesday October 4. He is described as 6 foot 4 inches tall with blonde hair and a short beard. It is understood he was last seen wearing a black puffa jacket, hospital issue pyjamas and blue trainers. Sebastian may have links with the Aberdeen and Fife areas. Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland immediately by calling 101 or speaking to any police officer. Police have asked those with any information to please quote incident number 3159/04 when calling.
