Rogan Miller, 27, and John Collins, 25, appeared on petition in private on Thursday afternoon. Miller, of Dundee, was charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and made no plea and no declaration. He was committed for further examination and released on bail. Collins, also of Dundee, was charged under the Criminal Procedure Act 1995 and made no plea and no declaration. He was also committed for further examination and released on bail. Police recovered heroin and cocaine at an address on Bellefield Avenue, close to the city’s Magdalen Green. The drugs are estimated to have a street value of £220,000, according to Police Scotland.
