A prisoner who absconded from Castle Huntly more than six weeks ago has been arrested in Glasgow. Mark Chung was detained on Tuesday afternoon after a police operation in the north of the city. He had been reported missing from the open prison at 10am on October 3. The 41-year-old is being held in police custody and is expected to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
