Police hunt tool thief

Police are appealing for information after a tool set was stolen from a Dundee shed on Monday afternoon.

Thieves forced their way into a shed on Kerrisview Terrace between 3pm and 6pm.

A quantity of tools were stolen during the raid including two hacksaws, a spanner set, a Black and Decker drill and a socket set.

Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident or who heard any suspicious activity is asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
