A Dundee high school was forced to close on Monday due to a faulty boiler. Pupils at Braeview Academy were given the unexpected day off on Monday morning. A spokesman for Dundee City Council said there was a “technical problem” with the boiler but that pupils should return to school on Tuesday. The school is contacting parents about the closure.
