A yellow Audi collided with a Scottish and Southern truck on the A90 southbound (Dundee to Perth) outside Castle Huntly/Longforgan. Traffic was queued from the village to the roundabout close to the Double Tree Hilton .
The drivers of a car and a van escaped serious injury after being involved in a collision near Longforgan on Monday.
The yellow Audi and Scottish and Southern Energy van collided on the westbound carriageway just before 4pm.
Police Scotland said nobody had sustained serious injuries in the collision.
The outside lane was blocked while emergency services attended the incident.
