Shop chain Card Factory is set to open a shop at a new retail park in Dundee.
Plans lodged with Dundee City Council show the firm is eyeing up the last remaining unit at the development on Myrekirk Road.
Budget shop chain Home Bargains will occupy the biggest of the three units at the site in August, while Greggs has already taken on one of the two other units.
Iceland offshoot The Food Warehouse was previously also planning to move into a fourth unit at the site – but that now forms part of the Home Bargains store.
Card Factory has applied to the local authority for signage at the unit, which is next to Aldi and Asda.
The company – which already has a shop on Murraygate, along with more than 1,000 others across the UK – has confirmed that the existing city centre site will remain open.
An opening date for the new shop has not been revealed.
The plans are the latest in a line of retail developments in Dundee.
Home Bargains has plans to demolish the former Odeon cinema at The Stack Retail Park in Lochee and build a new store in its place – moving from its existing smaller outlet at the same site.
In April, Regatta opened a shop in the Overgate.
Late last year it emerged Tesco is planning on opening an Express store in an empty unit in the new Dundee railway station building.
And in November, the Wellgate Shopping Centre was sold for £1.4 million at auction – but the identity of the buyer has yet to be revealed.
