A male driver has been charged after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Dundee.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the collision on Princes Street on Saturday night.
Emergency services arrived at the scene at around 11.30pm near Smugglers Bar.
The 21-year-old man who was struck has been treated in hospital – the extent of his injuries is not known.
A police spokeswoman said: “At around 11.30pm on Saturday, police were called to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car on Princes Street in Dundee.
“A 21-year-old man was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.
“The 26-year-old driver of the car has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.”
