Five teenagers have been charged with assault in connection with an incident involving a 15-year-old in Dundee.
The males, aged between 14 and 17, have been arrested in connection with the alleged assault.
Three men, including two aged 17 and one aged 16, have been reported to prosecutors.
Two 14-year-olds have been reported to the Children’s Reporter.
The incident took place in April at the Forfar Road underpass in Dundee.
‘No serious injuries’
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Following extensive investigation by Longhaugh community team (Police Scotland) with assistance from partner agencies, five male youths have all been identified and charged in connection with an assault on a 15-year-old boy at the Forfar Road underpass in Dundee in April.
“Fortunately the victim was not seriously injured, although he did require hospital treatment.
“The two 14-year-olds are to be reported to the Children’s Reporter, with the others reported to the procurator fiscal.”
