Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said two appliances from Macalpine Road initially attended the incident. A further two pumps from Blackness Road were then also called to the scene. It took firefighters around an hour and a quarter to deal with the outbreak. A relief crew was then sent to the scene and firefighters remained there for some time cutting away roofing material.
