Taco Bell will open its Dundee restaurant on Thursday, with free food for the first 100 customers.
The Mexican-inspired restaurant will open on Reform Street after months of refurbishment at the unit.
Dundee residents are being invited to say ‘Hola’ to the restaurant, with 100 free tacos to be handed out to the first customers.
It marks the American brand’s 10th restaurant in Scotland, with a drive-thru unit opened in Aberdeen in November last year.
Taco Bell’s menu is famous for its customisable tacos, burritos and nachos.
Hungry locals will be able to order in advance via the app or website, and deliveries will be available through apps like Deliveroo and Just Eat.
You will also be able to order in-store to takeaway or dine in, with the restaurant open 10am until 11pm seven days a week
Lucy Dee from Taco Bell UK said: “We’re thrilled to be able to bring Taco Bell to Dundee.
“The community has been waiting for a Taco Bell in the area and we’re very pleased to be able to deliver; creating local jobs despite challenging circumstances.
“We look forward to feeding residents from our opening day on September 22 onwards whether it be via home delivery, click and collect or takeaway.”
