An on-the-run prisoner who absconded from Castle Huntly Prison has been rearrested by police. James John Boyle failed to return from a home visit on Wednesday February 8. Boyle has however now been rearrested after officers traced him to Glasgow on Tuesday. Police say the prisoner will appear in court in due course.
