Man charged in connection with shop break-in at Dundee retail park

A 42-year-old man has been charged in connection with a break-in at a shop in Dundee.
The break-in happened at The Range at the Stack Leisure Retail Park just before midnight on Thursday night.
Items stolen from the break-in were retrieved by police during an arrest.
Police said there was minor damage to the property but a spokesperson for the retailer said the shop is open as usual.

A spokesperson said a police dog was involved in the response.
They added: “At around 11.50pm on Thursday police dog Amber assisted in the arrest of a 42-year-old man following a break-in to a store at Stack Leisure Retail Park Dundee.
“The man has now been charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.”
A spokesperson for The Range added: “The Range can confirm there was an incident at our Dundee store in the early hours of December 1.
