The bridge was fully closed between 9am and 9.45am to allow police to deal with the incident, with traffic brought to a standstill. Ambulances have been called but it has not been confirmed whether there were any injuries. Traffic north over @tay_road_bridge queued back well past abercraig, maybe as far as 5roads. Avoid travel for now. Been stuck here 4 ages. — karen marjoram (@KarenMarjoram) April 6, 2017 Some bus services have been re-routed, with the Stagecoach’s 99 Dundee going as far as Drumoig. 09:35 99 Dundee will be going as far as Drumoig due to RTA on tay road bridge.
