Emergency services called to Dundee flat

Emergency services were called to a Dundee flat on Wednesday following the sudden death of an elderly man.

Police, ambulance and Scottish Fire and Rescue were all called to the incident in Mallaig Avenue shortly after noon.

Fire crews were required to gain access to the flat.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “Police Scotland attended at Mallaig Avenue following the sudden death of an elderly man.

“There are no suspicious circumstances.”
