Police were called to Elders Court, and then Burnside Court, in Lochee on Thursday morning following the incident. A man, 41, was taken to hospital for treatment. Image: James Simpson/DC Thomson Residents told of seeing a major police presence at Burnside Court in the aftermath of the incident, with officers wearing riot gear and several people being led away. Police Scotland has now confirmed that three men and two women are due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday. A spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a disturbance in the Elders Court area of Dundee shortly after 7.45am on Thursday. Three men and two women due in court “A 41-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment. “Three men, two aged 47, and another aged 43, and two women, 38 and 23, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. “They are all expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.”
