A fault with the traffic lights on Claypotts junction in Broughty Ferry caused tailbacks along the Arbroath Road this morning.
Long queues on either side of the A92 Arbroath Road have been reported, at the junction where Claypotts Road meets the trunk road.
Commuters have complained about the lights being “out-of-sync”, with not enough time being given for an appropriate number of cars to pass through the junction when the lights are green, before the light turns back to red.
The Courier received similar complaints on Tuesday morning.
A spokesman for Dundee City Council said: “There is a technical issue with the lights.
“We are looking into the problem and aim to have it fixed as soon as possible.”
