A 23-year-old was rushed to hospital following an assault involving two “bare chested” men in Dundee.
Police are seeking a taxi driver who informed them of the incident, after allegedly witnessing it on the city’s Tullideph Road at 2.45am on Friday, May 19.
He alerted officers to the incident after stopping them on Blyth Place. His vehicle was a blue, accessible wheelchair taxi.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers are keen to speak to anyone else who may have witnessed the assault which involved two bare chested men.
“A 23-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Tayside Division on 101 quoting CR/12857/17 or speak to any police officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
