A female football fan was injured following an altercation outside Tannadice on Thursday night.
Police have confirmed they are investigating reports of a disturbance involving supporters following Dundee United’s goalless draw with Hamilton.
Speculation appeared online following the match detailing a brawl between fans.
Officers have now revealed they are investigating reports of “disorderly conduct”.
A force spokesperson said: “Police Scotland is aware of some disorderly conduct outside Tannadice Stadium last night (Thursday 26th May) after the Scottish Premiership Play-Off match between Dundee United and Hamilton Academical.
“No formal complaints have been received, however the circumstances of the incident are being reviewed.”
