A flat dubbed Dundee’s cheapest 3-bedroom house could sell for just £38,000.
The maisonette flat at Speckled Wood Court in Whitfield is going up for auction later this month.
However, buyers will need to have the full amount in cash to buy the house because of the type of property it is.
Auction House Scotland says it is the cheapest 3-bedroom home for sale in Dundee currently, according to Rightmove.
A spokesperson for Auction House Scotland said: “The maisonette flat at Speckled Wood Court is within walking distance of a range of local amenities, whilst the nearest primary and secondary schools are both within half a mile.
“The property’s accommodation includes an entrance stairway which leads to a large living room with dining space, modern kitchen, and utility room on the ground floor.
“On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with built-in storage, a single bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom.
“The property has partial heating and an electric tank for hot water.
“Potential buyers should note that due to the construction type ‘Skarne‘, the property will not qualify for mortgage lending and is therefore suitable for cash buyers only.”
The flat will go up for auction at 2pm on May 18 at the Radisson Red hotel in Glasgow.
A live stream will allow potential buyers to watch proceedings online, while telephone and proxy bidding is also available.
The spokesperson added: “All bidders are required to register to bid before participating.
“Anyone interested in viewing the flat is invited to attend open viewings taking place on Wednesday May 10 and Monday May 15, both between 5pm and 5.30pm.”
