Thieves have broken into cars parked in the Menzieshill and Lawside areas of Dundee.
Police investigating the crimes, which occurred between between May 29 and 31, have been committed by the same person or persons.
In each case a window was smashed and items stolen from inside the vehicles.
Cars were broken into on Lawside Road, Balgayview Gardens, Ancrum Drive, Dalrymple Terrace and Yarrow Terrace.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Given the nature of these crimes, we would remind everyone to try not to keep anything of value within your vehicles overnight, and in particular to make sure that nothing is left out in view.”
Anyone with information that could assist police is asked to contact Tayside Division on 101 quoting CR/14034/17 or speak to any officer.
