Emergency services rushed to a Dundee high-rise on Monday morning after a man was seen hanging out of a fourth-floor window.
Police Scotland and members of the Scottish Ambulance Service rushed to Lochee’s Elders Court just after 5am after receiving calls from panicked residents.
Eyewitnesses at the scene described seeing a man clinging to a window ledge four floors up.
Witnesses say the man reentered his home after six and a half hours at around 11:40am before reemerging at another window, forcing officers to take decisive action and lead him to safety.
Police Scotland confirmed that a 27-year-old was detained in connection with communications offences.
