A blade was used in an attack in Dundee which left two teens with injuries.
A 19 year old man was left with an injury to his face whilst a 16 year old male suffered hand wounds following the incident on the city’s Findale Street on Sunday morning.
Police described the attack as a “serious assault” as they urged people to come forward with information.
The incident took place in the early hours of the morning.
Police confirmed that a bladed weapon was used in the assault.
A statement from the force said: “Police Scotland is making inquiries after a serious assault which happened at Findale Street, Dundee in the early hours of Sunday 16 July.
“A 19 year old man suffered a facial injury and a 16 year old boy suffered a hand injury.
“Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting 450 of 16 July or speak to any police officer.
“Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
