VIDEO: Here’s how Frank’s Law victory was announced to the world

This footage shows the moment Scotland’s First Minister announced that Frank’s Law would be rolled out across the country.

She has been fighting for changes to the care system since the death of the footballer in 2014 following a battle with dementia.
