Dozens of zombies staggered through the streets of Dundee on Saturday afternoon.
The sixth annual Zombie Walk began at Dundee University’s student union before heading toward the Wellgate Centre.
The brainchild of James Thomson, a former Dundee University student who now lives in Kent, the charity walk raises funds for charity on an annual basis.
Launched in 2012 by James and his wife Susie, the event sees members of the public undergo “zombiefication” before wandering through Dundee city centre.
The walk raised £312 for Tayside Children with Cancer and Leukaemia (TCCL) in 2015 and over £300 for Meningitis Now in 2016.
This year, funds are being raised in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
James, who travelled from Kent for the event, said he was “chuffed” at how the charity event had gone and said he will soon know how much has been raised for good causes.
The former Dundee-based student proposed to wife Susie at a previous zombie walk and even staged a zombie-themed wedding.
The 25-year-old has always been a big fan of zombie films and used to enjoy playing shooter games during his time at university.
