A two vehicle crash affected traffic on one of Dundee’s busiest roundabouts at rush-hour on Friday.
The accident took place on the A90 Dundee to Perth road at the Swallow roundabout at 3.35pm, however part of the busy intersection remained “restricted” into rush hour as the vehicles awaited recovery.
Nobody was injured during the incident which involved a white Citroen C4. The details of the second vehicle were not available.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to an accident at 3.35pm. It was a two car accident. No injuries were reported but the cars are not drive-able.”

There were also delays at junction four of the M90 at Dunfermline on Friday.
A car overturned around 5.30pm.
The female driver escaped serious injury but the incident caused delays while Scottish Fire and Rescue made the area safe.
A three-vehicle collision later closed the A90 southbound at Stracathro.
The incident occurred just before 7pm and the road was closed for almost an hour.
None of the motorists suffered serious injuries, although one person did fracture a hand.
