Police Scotland say a series of attempted break-ins that occurred in Lochee on Monday night may be linked.
A workshop in Pitalpin Road and two garages – one in Pitalpin Road and the other in Peel Street – were all targeted between 5pm on Monday and 8am the following day.
A spokesman for Police Scotland’s Tayside Division said: “Given the proximity of all three locations and the similarities in the incidents, they are being treated as linked.”
The raiders made off with an orange Stihl saw, a Hilti hammer drill and other electrical equipment worth over £1,000 from the workshop.
Anyone with information that could assist police with their inquiries is asked to call 101 or speak to any police officer.
