Items worth over £3000 have been stolen in a day-time raid on a Dundee property.
The occupant, who is understood to be an elderly woman, had jewellery, watches and electronic items taken from her home on Forthill Drive.
The break-in happened some time between midday and 6.30pm on Tuesday and police have issued an appeal for information.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “A rear window was smashed to gain entry, and a quantity of jewellery, watches and electronic items were taken, valued at over £3000.”
“If you have any information which could assist us, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.”
