Singer Susan Boyle visited Dundee Rep on Thursday to watch the theatre’s festive show A Christmas Carol. The star shot to fame after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent in 2011 in 2009. A spokeswoman for Dundee Rep said: “We got a huge surprise last night at Dundee Rep when Susan Boyle popped in to see A Christmas Carol. “She absolutely loved the show.” A Christmas Carol is the latest in the Rep’s acclaimed series of Christmas shows. The adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic stars Rep Ensemble member Ann Louise Ross as Scrooge.
