Busy Dundee road closed after crash involving man and vehicle

A busy Dundee road was closed off today following a crash involving a man and one vehicle.

The incident happened in South Tay Street, close to Nethergate, at around 3.15pm.

At least two police units were in attendance, along with an ambulance crew.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a man lying in the middle of the road but the severity of his injuries are not currently known.

The road has since reopened.
